If you cover the disassembly and assembly costs, you can disassemble your house and reassemble it in a different location whenever you want.
It's important to remember that prefabricated homes are built to withstand earthquakes. Because they're much lighter than reinforced concrete structures and the disassembled parts are held together with steel bolts, they flex but don't collapse during an earthquake.
Prefabricated homes can be transported by truck, international road transport, ship, or train. A medium-sized 7-meter-long timber truck can carry 70 square meters of prefabricated building materials. The average total weight is between 7 and 8 tons.
These can only be built on single-story reinforced concrete buildings. The underlying building must have a solid, flat roof.
Prefabricated homes are equipped with an insulation system that allows for year-round use. Buildings can be built to suit all climates. Production takes into account the climate characteristics of the location where the buildings will be built.
The wall materials used in prefabricated homes are bitumen and fiber cement. All metal components in contact with the building's structural system and exterior are galvanized, making them resistant to corrosion. The average lifespan of prefabricated homes is between 45 and 50 years.
The exterior wall thickness used in prefabricated houses is 10 cm. The 8 cm thick polystyrene foam with a density of 16 kg/m³ used between the wall panels and the 10 cm thick mineral wool used for roof insulation provide significantly better thermal and acoustic insulation than a traditional reinforced concrete building.
Licensing is initiated by the municipality of the area where the prefabricated house will be built. To obtain a permit, the client is responsible for preparing the architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design by an architectural office. The client is responsible for the permit and all other legal permissions.
Our service is available worldwide. The buyer covers the cost of accommodation and meals for the assembly and painting teams. (The assembly team consists of 5 people, and the painting team consists of 2 people.)
Concrete floors and all types of excavations, floor and wall coverings (cement, ceramic, parquet, tiles, etc.), external connections outside the prefabricated building (electricity, sewage and clean water), permits and licenses required from the municipality, heating and cooling installations (heater, air conditioner, etc.), food and accommodation expenses for the installation team, transportation and transportation insurance are the responsibility of our clients.
